Most IPT core
courses are taught by full-time, regular faculty. They bring to
our courses not simply their abiding commitment to teach in accord
with the magisterium of the Church. They also present impressive
academic credentials, many years of proven effectiveness in the
classroom, and extensive practical pastoral experience in parish,
diocesan, and community works. Regular faculty meets frequently
with IPT administration to assure that materials used in class
and various manners of presentation are optimized to present a
coherent, consistent portrait of authentic Catholic pastoral theology.
In addition
to its regular faculty, the IPT also makes use of carefully selected
adjunct professors, especially in elective courses. Each of these
adjuncts is held to the same high standards as is regular faculty,
and the IPT program administrators work closely with its adjuncts
to assure that their particular expertise is applied for the greatest
benefit to our graduate students.
We are proud
of our regular and adjunct faculty, and invite you to browse the
information provided about them in order to come to a better understanding
of the multiplicity of talents being brought to bear in the highly
unified program that is the IPT.
